City officers inspected the property (Thursday). The owner has not complied with the fire prevention notice issued by the City last year.
The City has resolved to initiate legal action for the failure to comply with a fire prevention notice. A court date is still to be fixed. The City continues to encourage the owner to progressively reduce the material stored on the property.
