About 1.35pm, a red Mitsubishi Colt hatchback and a silver Isuzu tray-top vehicle towing a blue trailer, collided at the intersection of Dundebar and Franklin Roads.
The 24-year-old male driver of the hatchback was thrown from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries. He was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment.
The male driver (53) and male passenger (54), of the Isuzu were not injured.
