A man wanted over the alleged assault of a woman during a break-in at Dubbo last year has been arrested following a foot pursuit.
On Sunday 25 August 2019, a man allegedly forced entry to a home on Leavers Street at Dubbo and threatened the occupant – a 30-year-old woman.
The man then allegedly assaulted the woman before leaving the house and stealing a neighbour's car.
The woman was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital for treatment.

Following inquiries, a warrant was issued for the arrest of a 27-year-old man, who was known to the woman.
