Police are currently searching Port Augusta for Kurtley Doolan who escaped from the Port Augusta Hospital this evening.
Police were alerted to the incident at 8pm on Sunday 11 July, after he escaped from a ward where was receiving medical attention after being transferred from Port Augusta Prison.
Doolan (pictured) is 27-years-old and described as being Aboriginal, about 170cms tall, with a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown.
Anyone with information on Kurtley Doolan's whereabouts or possible sightings is advised not to approach him, but to contact the police assistance line on 131 444 or in an emergency triple zero (000).
