Fixed sprinklers may now be used in the following circumstances as a trial:
• Even street number houses may use their sprinklers from 8pm to 10pm Monday and Wednesday; and;
• Odd street number houses may use their sprinklers from 8pm to 10pm Thursday and Saturday.
This trial will be reviewed weekly.
Use of handheld hoses is permitted by residents in Warialda at any time of the day, however the most effective use is before 10am and after 8pm.
The last PFAS test conducted across Warialda on 8 January 2025 indicated that the town water supply is safe to drink under the water quality guidelines.
