Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Dylan Bausch.
The 25-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to drug, theft and driving offences.
Bausch is known to frequent the Portland, Terang, Camperdown and Warrnambool areas.
Investigators have released an image of Bausch in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Bausch is described as 170cm tall with a medium build and brown hair.
