Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Frank Tranquilla..
The 36-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court to face assault-related offences.
Tranquilla is Caucasian, about 170cm tall with a bald head medium build and fair complexion.
He is known to frequent Reservoir, Burnside Heights, Sunshine, Ardeer, Flemington, North Melbourne, Ascot Vale, Ringwood and St Albans.
Investigators have released an image of Tranquilla in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
