Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Khaled Kabbout.
The 23-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to armed robbery and driving related offences.
Kabbout is described as having a solid build, 180cms tall with short, shaved hair.
He is known to frequent the Melton, Brimbank and Wyndham areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kabbout in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
