The Prevoc Framework Unplugged Webinar was held earlier this week and a recording is provided for members.
On Wednesday, 11 March, the AMA Council of Doctors in Training held the Prevoc Framework Unplugged Webinar - a free session to help prevocational doctors and medical students understand the new National Framework for Prevocational (PGY1/2) Medical Training.
Hosted by the chair of the AMACDT Prevocational Special Interest Group, Dr Michelle Borg, the webinar included a fantastic panel made up of A/Prof Andrew Singer of the Australian Medical Council, Dr Dayna Duncan (past chair of theAustralasian Prevocational Medical Officers' Committee ) and Dr Aidan Tan of AMACDT. More than 100 attendees joined us to discuss the ins and outs of the Prevoc Framework, with panellists answering questions related to sick leave, consistency of application, certificates of completion and sign-off of training, among many others.
