Czechia struck late to register their first three points of the Cup of Nations with a 3-2 win over Jamaica at CommBank Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
A 90th-minute winner from Alena Pěčková capped off an exciting fixture in Parramatta, after Jamaica struck back twice to send it down to the wire.
Czechia opened the goalscoring from the penalty spot, after Kristýna Růžičková was brought down in the area, and Stašková made no mistake with her spot-kick.
They almost made it two on the half-hour mark, as Klára Cvrčková hit the crossbar, but it would be Jamaica who struck back next, in style.
Jody Brown found herself in behind and made no mistake curling one into the top corner to make it 1-1 after 42 minutes.
The first half action was not over there, as Czechia re-gained the advantage with the last play of the half.
Klára Cahynová rose highest with a brilliant header that found the back of the net in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
10 minutes into the second half, Jamaica were level again, as Kameron Simmonds rolled home a rebound from close range.
Czechia went close to their third in the 76th minute, as Franny Cerna's header bounced away off the crossbar.
It was another substitute, Pěčková, who popped up with the match winner inside the final 60 seconds of regular time.
A well-struck cutback from Miroslava Mrázová flashed across the face of goal, with Pěčková in the right place at the right time to win it for the European nation.
Czechia and Jamaica close out their Cup of Nations campaigns in Newcastle on Wednesday, taking on Spain and Australia respectively.
