Mornington Peninsula Shire is excited to announce the adoption of We All Belong: A Strategy for an Inclusive Mornington Peninsula Community.

This Strategy is all about making our Peninsula a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and included.

We All Belong was created with input from our community and key stakeholders to guide our efforts in promoting inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing over the next five years.

By bringing together several existing plans into one clear strategy, we can better align our services and programs to meet the needs of our diverse community.

We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and ideas during the consultation process. Your feedback played a crucial role in shaping this Strategy, ensuring it reflects the unique needs of people across the Peninsula.

We recognise that people's identities are complex, and this Strategy aims to address the overlapping challenges and discrimination that different groups may face.

The Strategy will also help us to meet and deliver on our various State and Federal legislative requirements.
