Lake Macquarie City Council
Council will be spraying weeds in the Caves Beach area from 5am, Thursday 28 September. The product we will be using is Javelin and is used to target Bindi, Clover and other broadleaf weeds.
The areas we will be focusing on include:
- Caves Beach Surf Club grassed areas including car park and barbecue areas.
- Priority Park Hill, Caves Beach
- Caves Beach Look out and car park
- Macquarie Grove Park, Caves Beach
Spraying will be carried out under strict supervision and guidelines in accordance with health and safety requirements. Spraying may be postponed pending change in weather conditions.
