Lake Macquarie City Council
Council will be spraying weeds in the Swansea, Pelican and Blacksmiths area from 5am, Wednesday 27 September. The product we will be using is Javelin and is used to target Bindi, Clover and other broadleaf weeds.
The areas we will be focusing on include:
- Pelican Foreshore
- Boat Rowers Reserve, Blacksmiths
- corner of Old Pacific Hwy and Bowman St, Swansea (in front of McDonalds-grassed area)
Spraying will be carried out under strict supervision and guidelines in accordance with health and safety requirements.
