Residents requested to conserve both filtered and raw water
Wentworth Raw Water Pump Station is needing some urgent repairs today, and is unable to pump water into the township for raw water supply and to the treatment plant for the production of filtered water.
Wentworth Shire Council requests that residents and businesses minimise the use of both filtered water and raw water to essential needs.
It is expected that repairs to the raw water pump station will be completed by 5 pm today and normal water use can return thereafter.
Wentworth Shire Council apologies for this inconvenience.
