Police have arrested four suspects after a break in at an Alberton sports club this morning.
At 2.20am Saturday 13 June police were called to the premises after an alarm activation. When the first patrol arrived on scene they commenced searching before suddenly seeing two people run from the building, allegedly dropping items as they ran.
Police gave chase on foot and managed to catch the pair at a car parked on nearby Seventh Avenue where they located two others seated inside the vehicle.
The 19-year-old man from Brompton and 16-year-old from Ferryden Park woman who allegedly ran from the scene were charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.
The 20-year-old man from Seaton and 16-year-old from Woodville Park located in the car were also charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.
The two men will face the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 22 July.
The two women will appear at the Youth Court 6 August.
