The updated prospectus highlights both current and new high-priority projects that are essential for the community's growth and development.

- Horsham City Oval Upgrade: Developing new netball facilities, an outdoor events stage, and a multi-purpose community pavilion.
- Horsham Aquatic Centre: Constructing a water play and splash park to provide additional water-based activities.
- Central Park Community Play Space: Redeveloping the Horsham Skate Park into an inclusive, multi-generational play space.
- Industrial Estate Development: Leveraging industrial land to boost economic output and support agricultural innovation.
- The Wesley Redevelopment: Reopening and modernising the historic Wesley centre to enhance community liveability and attract visitors.
