Woman And Child Injured In Kalgoorlie Crash

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Hannans (Kalgoorlie), on Monday 29 July 2024.

About 6.45pm, a grey SsangYong Rexton station wagon was travelling on Graeme Street, near Keogh Lane, when the vehicle struck a 30-year-old woman who was carrying a three-year-old child, who was on the road.

The 30-year-old female pedestrian sustained serious injuries and the child sustained minor injuries. They were both conveyed by ambulance to the Kalgoorlie Health Campus.

The driver of the vehicle, a 47-year-old man, was uninjured and stopped his vehicle straight after the collision.
