Police are investigating the death of a woman following a crash which occurred overnight in the State’s far north, according to SA Police.
Just after 1am on Sunday 19 February, police were called to Fregon after a Toyota 4WD hit a van which in turn struck the woman. The 43-year-old was taken to the Fregon Clinic but sadly passed away.
Investigators from Major Crash, Major Crime and Port Augusta CIB are making their way to Fregon to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and are expected to arrive later this morning.
