Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are en route to a serious crash near Harrow, Victoria Police say.
Investigators have been told a car left Coleraine-Edenhope Road and crashed into a tree about 12.50pm this afternoon.
The driver, believed to be in her 70s, and her passenger, believed to be in her 80s, were injured in the crash.
The driver was taken to hospital suffering minor injuries while her passenger was airlifted to hospital suffering serious injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
