From 7pm on Friday 20 January 2023 until 5am on Monday 23 January 2023, weather permitting, the Bruce Highway will be closed in both directions at the Maroochydore Road interchange (Exit 201). This closure is due to bridge demolition work on the Bruce Highway.
Detour
All vehicles will need to exit the motorway at the Exit 201 off-ramps, travel through the interchange and enter the motorway again via the Exit 201 on-ramps.
Vehicles exceeding 4m wide and or 5m high – the above detour has been deemed unsuitable for these vehicles. Please contact Rob Owen on 0439 401 408 to confirm route suitability prior to travel.
Traffic delays are expected. Please reschedule your trip where possible.
