There are two surveys happening at the same time.
One is the Customer Experience Benchmarking Survey for those who have been in direct contact with the Shire in the past three months.
The other is the Community Satisfaction Survey where any Mornington Peninsula Shire resident or ratepayer may be contacted to find out about the Shire's service delivery.
