A man has been charged following the alleged stabbing of another man at a hardware store in North Lakes yesterday morning, Queensland Police say.
At 10am a man was sitting in a vehicle at the back of the business when he was approached by two men.
The group then had an argument, during which the man in the vehicle was allegedly stabbed in the jaw by one of the other men.
The 28-year-old man then drove himself to Redcliffe Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Police later located a man on Narangba road in Kurwongbah where he was taken into custody.
A 23-year-old Morayfield man has been charged with acts intended to maim or disfigure and enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He is due to appear in Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today.
