Free painting, drawing and writing workshops will be on offer in the City of Logan during Australian Children's Book Week 2021.
Local children's author and illustrator Dr Cameron Stelzer is returning by popular demand to host workshops for Logan City Council Libraries.
Workshops by the award-winning author will be held online on Saturday, August 21 and Saturday, August 28.
They include:
- Watercolour illustration workshop: 9.30am to 10.30am, Saturday, August 21.
- Draw, draw, draw! Workshop: noon - 1pm, Saturday, August 21.
- Wow! Words and cartoons workshop: 2.30pm - 3.30pm, Saturday,
August 21. - Wow! Words and cartoons workshop: 10.30am - 11.30am, Saturday,
August 28. - Watercolour illustration workshop: 1pm - 2pm, Saturday, August 28.
- Draw, draw, draw workshop: 2.30pm - 3.30pm, Saturday, August 28.
The workshops are aimed at children aged seven years and over and each participant will receive a free writing, drawing or watercolour kit depending on the session booked.

Australian Children's Book Week is from August 21 to 27 with the theme Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds.
