- Xiaomi disclosed details on two new phones that it's releasing this month: the Redmi 3S and 3X. Both are low-priced and low-tier Android devices, and both come with a fingerprint scanner, Engadget reports.
Here are the rest of the specs on the 3S: Either 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, or 3GB RAM and 32GB storage; Up to 128GB expandable memory; 5-inch 720p display; 5-megapixel front-facing camera; 13-megapixel rear-facing camera; Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor; $106 for smaller memory; $136 for larger memory.
The biggest difference between the 3S and its former editions is its processor. The 3X has the same specs as the 3S, except it only comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The 3X is also only available through China Unicom and costs $136.
