Construction works for Yambil Street Stage 4 will commence in mid-April 2024.
The northern lane and centre parking lane of Yambil Street (from the Daines Street roundabout to the Kookora Street intersection) will be closed to traffic (shown in red in the diagram below) and demolition of the road and footpath will commence.
The southern lane (west bound lane) will remain open to through traffic (green arrows in diagram below).
Council staff will be consulting with each business and resident to discuss the impact of the works such as on driveways and bin collection.
