Youth Reporters Capture Essence Of Science 20 Summit

The Science 20 (S20) engagement group, which addresses science and technology within the G20 Social Forum, concluded its Summit last week in Rio de Janeiro. Youth reporters from municipal schools participated, interviewing researchers, journalists, and event organizers.

Focusing on science and technology within the G20 Social Forum, the Science 20 (S20) engagement group concluded its Summit last week in Rio de Janeiro. Discussions covered artificial intelligence, bioeconomy, energy transition, health challenges, and social justice. The meeting resulted in a recommendation document for G20 leaders, which will be signed by the presidents of the member countries' science academies by July 19.

On the first day of the meeting, which featured Ambassador Mauricio Lyrio, Brasil's G20 Sherpa, youth reporters from municipal technological schools in Rio de Janeiro conducted interviews with researchers, journalists, and event organizers.
