Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Zach Bartlett.
The 21-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to stalking and breaching a court order.
Bartlett is described as being Caucasian with a fair complexion, brown hair, with blue eyes and is approximately 180cm tall with a large build.
Bartlett is known to frequent the Bairnsdale and Paynesville areas.
Investigators have released an image of Bartlett in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
