Police have jointly charged four people with Aggravated Armed Robbery following an incident in Claremont last month.
A woman was allegedly threatened with a firearm by people known to her about 2am on Friday, 19 July before being forced to electronically transfer funds from her bank account.
The matter was reported to police in the following days, and investigations led to searches being executed in Granton and Herdmans Cove on 25 July.
Police located firearms and ammunition at both addresses.
Those charged are a 36-year-old man from Granton, a 29-year-old woman from Granton, a 26-year-old man from Swansea and a 23-year-old woman from Montrose.
The man and woman from Granton have also been charged with firearms offences.
They will reappear in court on 30 September.
